We’re excited to announce that we’ve launched a brand-new B2B eCommerce mobile app for Plumbers Choice! Built for both iOS and Android devices, it’s a powerful mobile alternative to their existing online store, and makes its smooth B2B shopping experience easily accessible for plumbers on the go.
Plumbers Choice is a leading Australian supplier of plumbing gear, dealing trade-only to plumbers across the country. In the past we worked with them to create their powerful B2B WooCommerce website, which packs an integration to Netsuite and a set of time-saving automations. And now, it’s all been ported to mobile with some extra goodies on top!
Along with faster loading and a dedicated mobile experience, the Plumbers Choice app has been optimised to make it easy for plumbers to get the supplies they need whilst out and about, and for job sites and warehouses to take full advantage of same-day delivery. With the app’s lightning-quick user experience, they can instantly get a quote or reorder using a saved order template in just a few taps of the finger, and all their favourites are shared between mobile and browser for easy omnichannel buying. All of the Plumbers Choice website’s B2B features that customers have grown to love are there too, including customer-based pricing, B2B payments and invoicing, and the powerful Netsuite integration that streamlines tricky business workflows. This means the app offers a pay-on-account option along with credit card payments, and invoices can be integrated from the ERP for in-app payment and auto-reconciliation in NetSuite. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for a plumber to find and order any product they need, when they need it.
A month after launching, this app has been a big hit with Plumbers Choice clients, with over 2,000 plumbers having downloaded it!
