Security was a top priority, so we implemented fraud protection measures to safeguard transactions and prevent unauthorised purchases. We also tailored a google product feed to align with specific vehicle makes and models, improving product visibility in google shopping and enhancing marketing efficiency. By refining URL structures, we increased search-friendliness, leading to better organic visibility and reduced advertising cost.
For their sales team, we developed tools that improved product discovery and order management. On the marketing front, we integrated Klaviyo for personalised email campaigns, helping Detroit Axle engage customers with targeted offers, abandoned cart recovery, and promotion messaging. Additionally, we introduced Yotpo to highlight customer reviews and loyalty programs, fostering trust and encouraging repeat purchases. To further drive revenue, we implemented upsell strategies like cart promotions and recommended products, increasing average order value.
